International shipping fees do not include duty or customs fees which vary by country and will be billed to you before delivery. Estimated shipping time does not include time for foreign customs processing.

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and for this reason we recommend all items are only tried on over underwear to ensure fit and style are to your liking before removing the hygiene sticker and tags.

If any problems arise you can return your items within 14 days of your receipt of the product as long as the following conditions are met:

    • Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place (if the sticker is not in place the goods will immediately be rejected)
    • Unworn items must still have all original tags still attached
    • Unworn items must be returned in their original Palmblu bag
    • Unworn items must be free from any markings, stains or soils


    Please avoid trying on swimsuits without the use of underwear or whilst wearing spray tan, makeup, staining deodorants or any other product that may blemish your swimsuit.

    Any blemishes which result in diminished value of the product will cause deductions to be made from the total refund amount or can potentially disqualify an items eligibility for a refund

    All items will be inspected once received by us and if eligible for a refund this will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your goods although we aim to process refunds ASAP.



    Goods shipped outside the UK still benefit from our 14-day returns policy, but do not qualify for reimbursement of shipping costs. We recommend using a guaranteed service that requires a signature upon arrival at Mail Order, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.



    Full refunds granted will be made up to the initial purchase amount of goods, including the outbound cost of shipping for items ordered within the UK only. If any express delivery options were chosen at the time of purchase only a refund up to the cost of the lowest available rate shipping will be provided.

    Partial refunds are issued depending on if only some order items are returned or if the product we receive back is of diminished quality due to lack of care or product damage caused by the buyer. If an order is only returned in part, only the cost of the items returned will be refunded minus the outbound cost of shipping.



    Return of goods within the 14 days return period are under the responsibility of the buyer until the product is received by us. All return shipping fees are also the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed unless the item received is incorrect not due to any fault or error of the buyer.



    If there are any obvious signs of use or garments received are damaged, washed or the hygiene labels have been removed, the items will automatically be rejected and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product back to them.



    Sale items can be returned for the purchase at price with same rights as full price purchases within the return period of 14 days.



    Currently we do not offer exchanges on items. If you want to return an item and would like another item in place, we will need to refund the first item and the other item will need to be purchased separately.
